Amazing 1:1 EA role supporting a highly successful & fast paced Entrepreneur in a business & private capacity. High Efficiency required! £50K-£70K!

Our client is a hugely successful entrpreneur in the FinTech space, with businesses in various locations aorund the world. They require a highly efficient, senior level EA who is used to supporting 1:1 in an ever-changing role with a mix of business and personal.

  • Salary: £50,000 - £65,000+ - depending upon experience
  • Benefits:

  • Hours: 08:30 - 18:00 - a degree of flexibility required
  • Start date: ideally as soon as possible but happy to wait a notice period of up to a month

EA to CEO Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Assistant to Chairman - both business and private
  • Extensive diary management across multiple time zones
  • International travel - by both private and commercial
  • Expenses
  • Managing the joint Chairman's office inbox
  • Private travel
  • Communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • IT liaison for any office related issues
  • Management of office budget and expenditure
  • Assist with management company expense and accounting processes
  • Assist with compliance monitoring programme
  • Potential for additional training and development in order to get involved in other aspects of the business
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and willing to work with a rapidly changing set of priorities
  • Strong attention to detail

Candidate profile:

  • A minimum of eight years' experience in a relevant role
  • Degree desired but not a necessity - must have good school leaver results
  • Background in financial services, real estate or private family office advantageous
  • Language skills desired.
  • Professional and articulate with strong communication skills
  • Extremely reliable and flexible
  • Excellent I.T skills and good with technology
  • Remain calm under pressure
  • Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to carry out broad range of responsibilities efficiently and discreetly
  • Proactive rather than reactive
  • Resilient
  • Work on own initiative, managing and organising busy, ever-changing workloads
