Temp to perm Part-time PA & Office Manager role available at the loveliest start up Real Estate Investment Company in Mayfair. £25-30k pro rata

*Please note you will need to be available immediately for this role and happy with a 3 day per week part-time role.*

This is an amazing opportunity for a proactive, friendly and organised self starter who is looking for a flexible and rewarding role that you can really make your own.

You will be working in an utterly lovely and friendly office of 5 who are looking for their first PA & Office Manager to hit the ground running and take all the admin off their hands. The role will be nice and varied and they have a fun but hardworking vibe in the office, so personality fit is very important for this hire.

Role: PA & Office Manager
Salary £25-30k DOE pro rata
Start: ASAP on Temp to Perm Part-time (3 days) basis

PA & Office Manager duties: PA to CEO, booking and coordinating travel itineraries, diary management, meeting and greeting clients, expenses, assisting the bookkeeper, managing expenses and invoices, IT support, CRM management and data entry, filing and scanning, office management, and ad hoc private PA duties etc.

Desired candidate attributes: Previous PA & Office Manager experience, friendly, confident, proactive, willing, organised, firm with the ability to take control and use initiative.
