Fab Part-time Team Assistant (Thursdays & Fridays) to the Environments & Foundations team of a Financial Advisory firm, £30k (pro rata), in Victoria

I am working on a new part-time team assistant permanent role for a lovely global investment advisory and research firm based near Victoria.

It is a job share, and they are looking for someone who can work on Thursday and Friday.

The client needs someone to come in and work as a part-time team assistant for the Environments and Foundations Team.

The team consists of 12 people; 4 main staff and then 8 associates.

The part-time Team Assistant role will involve:

- Extensive diary management

- Organising international travel

- Preparing documents for meetings

- Creating presentations

- Being the first point of contact on the phones

The client needs someone who is used to juggling multiple demands, prioritising and who is used to working at a fast pace.

You will need to have at least 2 years as a Team Assistant or PA experience in your most recent role, with strong diary and travel management experience.

To apply for this part-time team assistant position, you msut also have professional services experience.

There is a lovely admin team in the office who are very close and happy to muck in and help each other. The immediate admin team you would work with comprises of 2 other assistants (one of which is the team lead). They are a lovely company of around 200 in their London office.

This role is part-time (Thursdays and Fridays) and is a job share with one of the assistants who is coming back from maternity leave. She would work Monday - Wednesday and you would work Thursday and Friday, unfortunately the days are not flexible.

They are looking for someone to start as soon as possible (exact date to be confirmed).

Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm.
Salary: £28-30k (before pro rata)
