Job description

One of our wonderful boutique wealth management clients based in the heart of Soho are looking for a temp-perm EA & Office Manager. This role will suit a positive, energetic, intelligent and ambitious individual looking to get ahead and find a career.

The role requires initiative and drive and the ability to take responsibility for tasks and see them through to the end. Much of the work is also highly confidential and will involve company and staff matters.

Salary: £30-35K plus attractive benefits

Responsibilities:

Manage office

  • Front of house - prepare meeting rooms, meet and greet clients, ensure that the client experience is first class
  • Stationery and office supplies
  • Liaison with IT and telecoms suppliers and accountable for the smooth running of the technology across the business
  • Liaison and coordination of all buildings issues with landlord and agent

HR

  • Maintain sickness and absence record
  • Coordinate induction programme for new employers
  • Ensure health and safety policies and other relevant policies are up to date
  • Working with the HR Director and external HR support function
  • Draft contracts and documents
  • Maintain employee handbook
  • Carry out back to work interviews

Databases

Maintain company CRM

Support client communications team with client annual review process

Marketing Support

Organise events including staffing and supplies

Preparing letters, presentations and reports

Finance & Accounting

Coordinate monthly accounts with accountants and finance

Banking, payments and payroll

EA

Coordinate Exco member diaries

Assistance with preparation of company board packs

Book transport and accommodation where necessary
