A great opportunity for a dynamic and proactive PA/Office Manager who thrives within a busy environment with wide-ranging experience to join a pan-European corporate finance boutique £35K!

This is a varied role which includes PA, Office Management and HR duties within a small team so would suit someone who is adaptable and happy to help wherever is necessary.

PA ROLE DUTIES:

PA/Team support

  • Assisting partners and directors with diary management
  • Meeting & greeting clients
  • Booking travel including flights, trains, hotels
  • Assisting Compliance Manager
  • Assisting Marketing Manager with event organisation
  • Processing expenses
  • Processing invoices

Office Management

  • Ensuring smooth running of office environment
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Liaising with outsourced IT company
  • Stationery / refreshment supplies
  • CRM database maintenance
  • Health and Safety responsibilities as required
  • Liaising with insurance provider
  • Liaising with building manager
  • Potential office move early 2020

HR

  • Assist recruitment & training programme
  • Organising interviews/candidate management
  • Management of relationships with Universities and work placement programme
  • Maintenance of holiday & sickness records
  • On-boarding/off-boarding
  • Company health plan administration
  • Managing mentoring program
  • Organising company socials & annual away day

CANDIDATE

  • Minimum A-level or equivalent education
  • Another European Language is an advantage
  • Previous PA experience at Director level and of supporting a team of professionals
  • Advanced IT skills including MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Outlook
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK
