I have a lovely new PA / HR & Operations Assistant role at a super buzzy boutique Executive Search client of ours based near Chancery Lane!
They need a willing, flexible, personable person to join their team: attitude and character fit is key so they are looking at both £25k and £35k candidates depending on experience.
You need to have 1 years' minimum PA / TA experience and you need to be dedicated to a support role, rather than someone who sees themselves progressing elsewhere in the business.
It's an exciting time for the company as their founder is retiring after 30 years at the helm and the company has exciting growth plans under new leadership: they are also currently undergoing a big refurbishment of their City offices. The company is growing quickly, they are really busy, so it is a super time to join! Definitely lots of optimism and enthusiasm within the firm and the super friendly team are very work hard play hard - they socialise together.
Great longevity rates within the business and the new starters we have placed there in the last year have loved it! 20 people strong, the team is really sociable and finish early on Friday for drinks so would love to have someone who can join in but also knows when to get on with the work.
Key components of the PA / HR / Operations role:
- PA to Corporate Services Manager
- PA support to some of the Consultants
- HR admin
- Onboarding new starters
- Operations support
Key PA candidate competencies:
- Flexible and able to juggle lots of different duties at once
- Capable of working independently, but also someone who is happy to be delegated to
- Great interpersonal skills: someone who will foster strong working relationships with the rest of the team
- Strong work ethic and mature outlook
PA / HR / Operations Hours: 8.30am - 6pm Monday-Thursday, 8.30am-5.30pm Friday
