Job description

We are recruiting a senior level PA for one of our established boutique finance clients based in the St James's area to provide support to 2 Managing Partners, 2 Senior Partners and a Senior Adviser. Salary £38K DOE + Attractive bonus!

Summary of Position and Responsibilities:

Personal Assistant

  • Diary, email and contacts management
  • Travel arrangements
  • Expenses reporting
  • General administration
  • Typing
  • Presentation preparation
  • Filing
  • CRM management
  • Print production

Office Management

  • Together with PA team managing office and facilities management
  • Liaison with outside service providers and suppliers
  • Ordering Stationery, appliances, landlord and cleaners

Events

  • Organising client entertainment events

Marketing

  • Administrative support for marketing initiatives

Administration

  • Support Managing Partners on LLP administration functions
  • To potentially include support in relation to compliance, HR, finance and marketing/communications

Essential

  • Good GCSEs (Maths & English) and A Levels

  • Prior work experience in a professional services business in either permanent or intern role
  • Wish to develop role with experience and as company grows
