Fantastic Receptionist role at tight knit and buzzy high-end property development firm in Mayfair, London. Salary £20K. Seeking enthusiastic 1st or 2nd jobbers!
This is an exciting opportunity for confident and well-presented graduates/secretarial trained candidates eager to learn within a dynamic, fun and fast paced environment.
You will be part of a collaborative, hardworking and young team who have built a fantastic company culture with low staff turnover.
This role will be working alongside another Receptionist/Office Manager so the client is seeking a good teamworker with a proactive attitude.
- answering telephones, taking messages
- meeting and greeting guests
- archiving documents
- opening and distributing post
- setting up meeting rooms
- assisting with maintaining and updating the company website
- assisting the wider team and Office Manager with general secretarial duties
Characteristics of the successful candidate:
· Personable, confident and out-going
· Excellent telephone manner and well presented
· Flexible, adaptable and happy to "muck in"
They are looking for someone to start in January and who will be happy in this role for a good period of time and will fit with the team.
