One of the leading luxury interiors companies in London is recruiting for an Office Manager maternity cover to support their office and studios. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone who likes working in a creative and fast paced environment.
Although this is an Office Manager position you will actually be based right in the middle of the client's beautiful offices right next to the Founder. The client has a brilliant company culture and they are looking for someone who will really become part of the team.
The client needs someone to start as soon as possible and the contract will be for 12 months. The role is paying up to £35,000 depending on experience.
Duties will include:
- Looking after the premises housing around 80 employees.
- Line managing 2 receptionists.
- Managing multiple suppliers and consultants.
Key requirements are:
- 2nd or 3rd jobber with solid work experience.
- Prior Office Manager experience is a necessity - the client needs someone to hit the ground running!
- Excellent multi-tasking skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Competency in Microsoft Office
