Office Manager and PA required at highly professional boutique executive search firm £35,000-45,000 DOE.

Our client specialises in financial services and they are based in the heart of Mayfair. They have an impressively professional, traditional approach which is representative of the clients that they work with.

Successful applicants will:

- have ample experience of office management, ideally within a similar office size and culture

- have proven longevity in previous roles

- be intelligent communicators, striking the right tone with clients and building lasting rapports

- be numerate, ideally with experience of bookkeeping, preparing payroll and or dealing with VAT

- this is a client facing position so polish and poise are vital

Key Responsibilities:

- arranging payroll
- dealing with VAT
- dealing with accountants / lawyers
- managing supplies
- managing supplier contracts
- interface of the company - sole admin support so need to turn their hand to anything
- EA work for the CEO: meetings, travel, correspondence
- meet and greet
- arranging any staff events including Christmas party

Hours: 8.30am-6pm

Salary: £35,000-45,000

Benefits: pension, gym membership, discretionary bonus
