An exciting opportunity has arisen for an In-House Resourcer to join the HR Team of one of our hospitality clients based in Central London.
As the In-House Resourcer you will assist the Recruitment Manager with all aspects of recruitment for their 11 restaurants, 6 private member clubs and head office. You will work closely with the Recruitment Manager and the rest of the HR Team, Restaurant Management Teams and Head Chefs to ensure we attract the highest calibre talent.
The key responsibilities of the In-House Resourcer will include:
- Posting and updating of vacancies on our careers site and applicable job boards
- Day to day management of online applicant tracking system
- Review applications on a daily basis ensuring timely and effective communication to the candidates
- Proactive searching of applicable databases, websites, talent pools and social media platforms to identify potential candidates for the company
- Offering a consultative approach to search for unique roles within the group - providing a proactive service to each restaurant / club
- Write and update adverts as requested ensuring appropriate tone and accuracy of text
- Provide regular reporting and analysis
- Assisting the Recruitment Manager when liaising with PSL recruitment agencies
- Keeping abreast of social media recruitment trends and recommending new initiatives to implement to increase employer brand and attract talent
Ideally the successful candidate will:
- Be in a similar role, with some hospitality experience being desirable
- Have experience of effectively using an applicant tracking system
- Have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with candidates and be a brand ambassador
- Confident and articulate when working with peers and managers
- Excellent organisation skills and ability to effectively prioritise and multi task
- Be an effective team player with a positive, can do attitude
- A good working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and related PC packages is essential for this role.
