Job description

We are currently recruiting for a 12 month Reception / Office Manager Maternity Contract for lovely financial services firm based in central London. This is a great family run company which is going from strength to strength and the London office has grown quickly over the last few years.

There are 2 PA's in the office and you would be working with them as a team. The client is looking for someone who has some office experience and will be able to jump straight into the role.

The role is paying £23,000 - £27,000 depending on experience. The client is looking for someone to start by 19th March at the latest and you must be able to commit to the full 12 month contract.

The Reception / Office Manager Maternity Contract will include the below duties:

  • ­Answering the telephones and transferring calls.
  • Meeting and greeting clients for meetings, making teas, coffees etc.
  • Ordering couriers, stationery and taxis, booking restaurants.
  • Organisation and allocation of meeting rooms.
  • ­Organisation of lunches for external guests or senior staff.
  • Liaising with chauffeurs.
  • Running errands to post office, banks, lunch pick up etc..
  • Printing and binding of presentation documents.
  • General assistant to the Personal Assistants.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have demonstrable office experience.
  • Have an excellent telephone manner.
  • Be a self-starter who is happy to muck in.
  • Not be easily flustered in a busy environment.
  • Be proficient in MS Office.
