Lovely Team Administrator role for a large Holding company based near Ealing, looking for someone to start ASAP, and paying up to £25k DOE.

A meaty Team Administrator role for a lovely company, based near Ealing. They are looking for a candidate to start as soon as poissble, helping out in the Property Investment team. This will be a 3 month fixed term contract with the potential of it going permanent after.

Working for a well-known family-owned group that created and own successful fashion and retail brands across the UK. In addition to retail, the group has worldwide interests in hotels, property and a portfolio of financial investments, employing over 15,000 people globally.

This role sits within the Property and Investment Finance Department. The department is responsible for the financial services management side of the business, as well as accounting and reporting for a range of entities within the group.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the admin for the whole department, which will include;

  • Shredding
  • Scanning
  • Filing
  • Dealing with stationary/tea/coffee orders
  • Sorting post
  • Meet and greet guests
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Arranging refreshments
  • Diary management
  • Assisting the finance team with the running of reports, calling suppliers as well as simple excel analysis

Candidate Qualities:

Our client would like a bright candidate, with good qualifications; a minimum of 3 A-levels is required.
