Job description

A high end global property company is looking for a PA to assist the Head of their central London office. As well as helping him to manage his demanding and frantic job and shouldering some of his load, you will also be responsible for coordinating the running of the office. You will have lots of direct contact with clients selling multimillion pound properties. Therefore strong communication skills are paramount.

The office, located in the Chelsea area, is a really sociable, warm and friendly enviornment where staff are well looked after. Working here you really will make friends for life!

Job Description/ Principal remit

e.g. Responsibilities, Duties, Hours

  • Co-ordinate department advertising and brochures
  • Co-ordinate brochure, photos and floor plans
  • Handle enquiries on the phone and face to face
  • Organise mailing campaigns
  • Uploading and management of properties on websites
  • Organise team diaries
  • Organise viewings
  • Updating internal database
  • General PA / secretarial duties


Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate must be able to deliver under pressure, with excellent organisational and time management skills. The candidate will be well presented and confident in dealing with clients both in person and over the phone. Excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint are essential. Must be a team player.

No prior knowledge of the property industry as training will be provided. You will be part of an energetic upbeat friendly team with good opportunities for progression.
