Beautifully presented and professional Receptionist needed for a Hedge Fund near Marble Arch. Start date: December. Salary up to £25K dependent on experience.

Friendly London office of approx 90 people, and the company is headquartered in New York with smaller offices in Hong Kong and Japan.

The London office is very corporate and slick. They are looking for someone confident and well presented, who is going to enjoy the corporate environment and someone who has Reception experience ideally in a corporate environment. They need someone who enjoys being the support and a real lynch pin.

This Receptionist role has been newly created because the company has grown a lot and they are taking over a new floor so need a Receptionist to manage the front desk in a standalone role. By January this floor will house about 12 people in total, but it is likely to grow over time.

They are looking for someone who is flexible, beautifully presented and willing to help out in all different areas of the Front of House responsibilities and happy to jump in at any time with other admin. You need to be able to cope under pressure managing last minute changes and keeping a level head.

Traditional receptionist duties will involve meeting/greeting clients, showing them to meeting rooms, serving teas/coffees, organise meetings, printing various documents, connecting video calls to NY/HK offices etc.

They want someone who has 6 months+ reception experience and someone who is going to stay in this role for a good period of time.

They will pay £22-25k (dependent on experience) with excellent benefits: a contribution to a gym membership, pension, life, health and dental insurance as well as 25 days holiday. The hours are 9am - 6pm.
