We have a fantastic Executive Search client based in Central London who are looking for a Project Coordinator. The company recruits CFOs for VC backed tech firms - and they are doing well and growing quickly, so it is a really exciting time to join.
Long term, there is real scope for progression within the company and they like to invest in their team.
The Team Assistant will be supporting a dynamic team of 6 people, and I have laid out the duties below:
Client management - liaising with clients, first point of contact for external enquiries, scheduling interviews etc.
Administration - database management, booking travel for candidate interviews, supporting with internal office admin
The right candidate will be a graduate with 18 months minimum experience in a similar role. They will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and ideally would have some knowledge of the recruitment process.
They will pay between £28-35k dependent on experience, and offer health insurance and team bonuses.
Hours are 8:30 - 5:30pm, but flexible, and they are working a hybrid model.
