Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, with occasional overtime

About the Job

Duties include, though are not limited to:

● Greeting of guests

● Answer telephones, screen calls, and take messages

● Oversee ordering, receives deliveries, and sets up distribution of breakfast and lunch for 10+ person firm

● Clean up after meal distribution for 2 meals/day for 10+ person firm

● Pantry maintenance and ordering of pantry items ○ Stocking refrigerators, cabinets, & general storage organization ○ Ability to lift 4.5-12kg repeatedly (grocery deliveries, packages, etc) ○ Responsible for some cleaning (i.e. quickly passing the sponge mop if there are spills, cleaning desks/monitors when new employees are hired, washing of small appliances, and other related duties etc.)

● Receive and deliver incoming grocery deliveries and mail/shipments

● Prepare outgoing mail/shipments (DHL, Royal Mail).

● Run errands (hardware store, post office, bank, and other locations as needed)

● Order and maintain office/pantry supplies, including all tech supplies (monitors, mics, keyboards and accessories, etc.)

● Assist with employees' needs/requests

● Maintain data entry and filing

● Coordinate travel arrangements

● Research and coordinate company events

● Other office help as required

● To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel), Google Suite (Docs/Sheets) and e-commerce websites.

● Degree from University or Technical school; and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
