- Demonstratable experience as an Executive Assistant at C-Suite level
- Experience within the luxury goods sector is a preference but not essential.
- Excellent Microsoft office skills
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills

- Ability to juggle multiple priorities, calendars and individuals needs within the team

R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Act as the first point of contact for the London office and dealing with all correspondence
- Manage multiple executives' calendars and set up meetings
- Organising and help coordinate office/UK internal events
- Assist in preparing and managing presentations and decks
- Reminding managers/executives of important tasks and deadlines
- Typing, compiling, and preparing reports and correspondence
- Take minutes during meetings
- Managing databases and filing systems
- Maintaining procedures and administrative systems
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
- Arranging for meetings by reserving rooms and securing refreshments.
- Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth office operations
- Always be on the lookout for and refer potential consignments
