Job description

PA to the CEO and Office Manager for a high end luxury PR Firm in West London, paying up to £45k DOE. The office is fun, sociable and there are some outstanding perks! The role will be providing all-roud PA support to the founder, general office admin as well as some finance assistance too. We are looking for experienced candidates who can hit the ground running as the lynchpin for a very busy team.


  • Traditional PA/EA support to the CEO, diary management
  • Accountants, expenses, managing inbox & Diary
  • Booking Travel and holidays
  • Managing the day to day running of the office
  • Implement and review company benefits/processes
  • The role can be so much more than just a basic PA/OM position - potential to get involved with Brands and Projects

This is a fast-paced role that can often be demanding. The successful candidate will be able to think on their feet and be highly organised. The team is very close knit, so fit is important. They are looking for someone who is proactive, can anticipate the needs of the CEO/Office but most importantly have a great sense of humour and sense of fun!

Candidate fit;

  • Discretion, a lot of sensitive information
  • They want someone who is positive, eager and super organised
  • Happy for someone to grow in the role, who can learn quickly and utilise their experience to benefit the team
  • You need to be street savvy and be able to prioritise your work load.


  • Ideally 2 - 8 years within a similar PA/OM role
  • Must have beauty, lifestyle, luxury or creative industry experience
  • Happy working in a fast paced environment, high pressure, demanding and used to a to a dynamic role!
  • Ambition - the CEO would love someone who can really take this role on but will also want to help improve the company.

9am - 6pm, (office based Mon - Fri, everyone loves being in the office and spending time with each other)
