Amazing Marketing Assistant Maternity Cover at successful Property Client! £40K!
One of our successful property and housing development clients in London is looking for a fantastic Marketing Assistant to cover a Maternity Cover. They need someone with stand out InDesign skills who is used to juggling different requirements and can work at a fast pace.
Ideally they are looking for someone from a property background but, although beneficial, this is not a necessity. They would like a Marketing Assistant with strong experience and skills who can hit the ground running.
Hours: 9am - 5.30pm
The role is paying up to £40,000 depending on experience.
Requirements of the Marketing Assistant role include:
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Suite especially:
- InDesign
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- Acrobat
- Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint
- Knowledge of website CMS and how to edit, add to and update webpages
- Creation and art managing new bid documents in InDesign
- Brand managing for new business and asset management bids
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and able to use content scheduler
- Content creation
- Daily monitoring for engagement
- Writing copy for website and social media
- Reporting on stats and analytics
The successful Marketing Assistant must:
- Be proactive with plenty of initiative and common sense
- Be organised and efficient
- Be calm and unflappable under pressure
- Be a team player
