Job description

Exciting new Part-time Reception role for a professional services firm in the West End, paying up to £30k pro-rata'd. Our client is seeking someone with experience working on FOH or Admin, who is confident and highly proactive. This is an amazing company that pride themselves on their culture, work ethic and sociability.

The role:

  • Meeting and greeting guests
  • Answering phones, handling couriers and post
  • Helping EA's with overflow work
  • General office admin and coordination, helping with day to day

The successful candidate will have a demonstrated background working in a client facing role. Administrative skills will also serve the role well! Our client would like a candidate who is proactive and able to work autonomously at times, you will not be micro-managed so creating work during quieter times is important.


  • Previous experience within customer service, FOH or hospitality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Use of all MS Office Packages
  • Positive, confident and ambitious attitude to work

General information:

  • 8.30am - 6pm, fully office based
  • Set working days - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
  • £30,000 (pro rata)
