Client Account Manager:
This established and leading financial communications consultancy is looking for an incredibly organised and efficient Client Account Manager to be the linchpin of their busy client account teams. The key responsibilities include complex logistical scheduling, time tabling, planning and implementing a programme of meetings with clients, document presentation preparation and liaising with clients. The team are looking for someone who is confident dealing with clients, who has sufficient experience to cope with this fast paced environment and who will ensure the smooth day to day running of client accounts and become the all-knowing fount of all knowledge to the team. They will be bright, switched on and raring to go. A knowledge of the financial communications industry is preferred but not essential.
The CAM is the source of all knowledge on what is happening on an account who also knows who is responsible for delivering wh at and when so everything is delivered in a timely manner. The CAM attends all internal meetings and runs all logistics around client nee ds whilst managing all administration on an account including managing the storage of all documentation.
