Job description

Admin and Receptionist up to £30k in Central London. We are looking for outstanding candidates to cover a number of our clients over the Christmas period. If you are looking for work around December and January we have a huge number of reception and admin roles paying up to £30k equivalent. These roles run from 1 day to a month, so if you are looking for something short term to tide you over, earn some money or gain experience - please submit your CV below.

Responsibilities;

  • Handling calls and busy switch boards
  • Meet and greet, 5* customer service
  • Managing reception & front office - handling meeting rooms and their diary
  • Admin; stocking, filing, managing couriers & taxi's, security

Experience & Skills;

We are looking for candidates with a proven track record of working in similar roles within a busy office. Often these bookings will be last minute so we require experienced and reliable individuals.

  • Minimum of 8 months administrative/FOH/Reception experience within professional services
  • Degree educated or secretarially trained by a recognised school
  • Advanced MS office; Word, Outlook & Excel
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication

Please note: all candidates must be available to go into the office & be within 1 hour of central London.
