Job description

Assists the Family Office Administrator with KYC requests from fund administrators, banks and other third parties.

Assists the Family Office Administrator with compliance, corporate creation, and banking mandates.

Provides general administrative support to the finance and investment functions.

Using MS SharePoint and Teams to administer and maintain investment documentation of the family office.

Filing all documents/correspondence on a monthly basis.

Undertakes a range of office administrative duties as required.

Any other duties as may reasonably be required by the Family Office Administrator and/or CFO.
