Job description

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The purpose of the PA job is to assist in the management and organisation of the City investment and real estate and property teams in London.

PA KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Typing reports and correspondence
  • Preparation of presentations
  • Diary management
  • To arrange meetings and site inspections as necessary
  • To assist the senior team members to coordinate and establish standardised report templates and formats
  • Marketing - Prepare leasing brochures and particulars
  • Add and maintain property information on our website and other online property portals
  • Organise events by sending invitations and attending where appropriate (this could be out of office hours)
  • Ensure general smooth running of the office - telephone answering, stationery ordering, etc.

PA main capabilities

  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to coach and mentor less experienced colleagues
  • Have experience in managing fees, invoices and general financial management
  • To have good knowledge of MS Office including PowerPoint, Excel spreadsheets and databases and be able to create formulas for appraisal
  • Strong analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrates good attention to detail by regularly producing carefully prepared, accurate work
  • Ability to work autonomously and co-ordinate tasks efficiently to ensure deadlines are met
