Online and Digital Coordinator required for Prestigious Interiors Company!

This digital coordinator role represents a fabulous opportunity to work for a renowned and impressive interiors company based in the heart of Chelsea, London. The company are in the design and creative industry so experience in this sector is preferred but not essential. The role will be responsible for all Digital Marketing including Social Media activity as well as the management, development, promotion and efficient running of the company webs-site and the Online Shop.

The digital coordinator role is offered as a maternity cover commencing in September and will entail but not be limited to the following duties:

  • Developing and maintaining the company website
  • Ensuring that timelines are adhered to for new season launches by adding and removing all necessary products to launch deadlines
  • Ensuring that copy across the site is in line with best SEO practice
  • Ensuring that all website navigation is functioning at all times and that the website is delivering a high quality customer experience
  • Liaising regularly with their externally appointed Web Designer Company to ensure the on going development and improvement of the site and a sound knowledge of Magento 2
  • Using analytics to monitor and assess website traffic and activity
  • The management of the online shop ensuring that all product listings, pricing and copy are correct at all times
  • Designing, implementing and maintaining internal systems, controls and procedures relating to the Online Shop
  • Daily and weekly remerchandising of the online shop
  • Developing a marketing calendar for the online shop through the use of banners, emails, promotions as well as by any other means available
  • Creating and managing a clear and proactive marketing plan across all key social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and Twitter
  • Ensuring that all content posted on web, used in emails campaigns and on social platforms is 'joined up' and provides a clear message at all times
  • Regular daily, weekly and monthly communication across all platforms
  • Ensuring that all content is in keeping with the brand ethos
  • Developing a clear and powerful campaign of B2B and B2C emails as agreed with the CEO
  • Using analytics to monitor email performance and ensure improvements are made when required

To be considered for the role it is essential that you have excellent copywriting skills, expertise in marketing products/services and coordinating campaigns as well as a proven knowledge and experience in the use and development of digital and social media. Aside from this you will need to have knowledge or prior training with Magento platform, specifically Magento 2 as well as a basic knowledge and skills of the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
